Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the full service charge being applied to the card on file. If you reschedule after the 24-hour window and later cancel your rescheduled appointment, you will be charged in full, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Late Arrivals: Appointments are scheduled in 20 to 40-minute increments, depending on the service. Arriving late will reduce your service time, but you will still be responsible for the full service price. Excessive tardiness may result in rescheduling at my discretion.
